The four junkyards
| Junkyard | Added | What is known |
|---|---|---|
| Starter junkyard | Launch | Where the tutorial sends you. Cheap rusty cars; one early playthrough saw a truck for about 12,000 and a hatchback for about 45,000. |
| Regional junkyard | September 20, 2026 | One of the new yards; named in spawn notifications. A sign showed a total net worth figure of about 1 million. |
| Industrial junkyard | September 20, 2026 | Greets you with "Better junkyards, better spawn chances for rare car." A reroll NPC called Zach works here. |
| Elite junkyard | September 20, 2026 | The top yard. Its sign showed about 5 million total net worth. Balanced and tweaked again on September 26. |
The September 5 update added a net worth readout that combines your Cash with the value of your vehicles. We read the 1 million and 5 million figures on the yard signs as net-worth requirements, but the video did not state that outright, so check the sign when you arrive. Either way, the newer yards are where you will see more expensive cars.
How junkyard spawns work
Each yard has fixed parking spots. When a spot is empty, a countdown shows when the next car arrives (players have filmed timers such as "next car spawning in 40 seconds"). When a car spawns, a notification tells you which junkyard it appeared in, and rare spawns are announced in chat. That lets you sit in one yard and still hear about a good car elsewhere.
Junkyards are shared with everyone in the server, which holds up to 12 players. If a rare car spawns, someone else can buy it first. Being close to the spawn spots matters.
Getting more spawns: the respawn trick and rerolls
Two methods give you more cars per hour. Both were tested on camera, and the creator was clear that neither raises your luck.
- Buy-and-quick-sell respawn trick. Buy any car in the yard and immediately sell it. About 5–10 seconds later you are reported to get an extra respawn, so two spots refresh instead of one. It costs you the gap between the purchase price and the quick-sale price.
- Rerolls. A paid reroll turns every spot into a delivery container and refreshes the whole yard with new cars. The Store lists items named Junkyard 1 to Junkyard 4 at 39, 39, 79 and 129 Robux; they arrived with the new yards and line up with a reroll per yard.
If you are hunting Tier 4 and Tier 5 cars specifically, combine these with the best yard you can access. The full comparison is in how to get Tier 5.
How to choose a junkyard car to flip
The most repeated advice is to buy the most expensive rusty car you can comfortably afford. Bigger cars usually leave a bigger gap between purchase price and finished sale price. That is a rule of thumb, not a guarantee; one early playthrough found a Tier 3 car that only made about 15,000 profit while a cheaper car did better.
| Check | Why |
|---|---|
| Can I still afford the next car if this one sells badly? | Never spend your last Cash on one flip. |
| What tier is it? (check the index colours) | Tier 4–5 cars sell to Mr. Lupin for the most. |
| How bad are the parts? | Hovering the wrench over parts shows their condition; more damage means more work. |
| Is it a rare spawn announced in chat? | Grab it before another player does. |
| Do I have garage space? | New cars go to your best garage with free space. |
Once bought, follow the repair guide and the paint guide, then pick a buyer with the selling guide.
Junkyard cars reported in recent updates
