How to reach us
Email us at contact@junkmechanicswiki.wiki. We read every message and aim to reply within a few days. Please write in English if you can.
What we can help with

| A new code or update | Where you saw it (trailer, in-game log, Discord announcement) and the date. |
| A car's tier or location | The car as it appears in your in-game index and a screenshot. |
| Privacy requests | What you would like us to do (for example delete a message you sent). See our Privacy Policy. |
| Content or rights concerns | The page address and the specific content, plus how you are connected to it. |
| Advertising problems | The page, your device and browser, and a description or screenshot of the ad. |
What we cannot help with
We are an unofficial fan site, so we cannot recover Roblox accounts, refund Robux, restore lost cars, unban players, give out codes or rewards, or pass messages to the developer. For account and purchase issues, contact Roblox Support. For game bugs and suggestions, use the developer's community channels listed on our Trello and Discord page.
Keep your account safe
Never send us your Roblox password, security codes or payment details. We will never ask for them. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
How we handle your message
We use the details you send only to reply and to improve the page you reported. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your message with advertisers. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed, as described in our Privacy Policy. Corrections we accept are reflected on the page, and the page's last-checked date is updated.
