About Junk Mechanics Wiki
Junk Mechanics Wiki is an independent, fan-made guide to the Roblox car-restoration game Junk Mechanics. The site launched in August 2026. The game has no official wiki, and many answers were buried in long YouTube videos or copied between code sites without dates or sources, so we set out to collect them in one place with dates and sources attached.

What we cover
The site covers the parts of the game players ask about most: codes, the beginner loop, making money, repairs, junkyards, auctions and Cars & Bids, tuning, the Robux Store, and a weekly update log. We also publish a parents' guide for families deciding how to handle spending.
We write for players of every level, from someone who has just finished the tutorial to someone hunting their next Tier 5.
Who writes the guides
Junk Mechanics Wiki is run by kaizen, who researches, writes and maintains the guides, with help from readers who send corrections.
We are not connected to the developer, and we do not get early access to updates. Everything we publish comes from public sources, which we list on each page.
How we research and check information
- Official sources first. Game details, Store prices, event dates and the developer's name come from Roblox's own pages for the game, which we read directly and date.
- Update trailers and logs. Weekly changes come from the official update trailers and from creators reading the in-game update log on release day.
- Dated creator videos. Gameplay details, such as which station fixes which part, come from creators who show them on camera. We list each video with its date and channel, and we prefer details confirmed by more than one creator.
- Code trackers. Codes are cross-checked across several established trackers and update videos, and we show which source reported what and when.
- Clear labels for uncertainty. When something is unconfirmed, a name was only heard in a video, or sources disagree, the page says so instead of guessing.
We do not publish invented numbers. If a car's stats, an odds table or a sale price has not been shown in a dated source, we leave it out. Every guide shows a "Last checked" date and a list of sources at the bottom; our Sources page explains how we rate them.
Corrections and updates
Junk Mechanics changes most weeks, so pages go out of date. After each update we review the codes page, the update log and any guide the update affects. If you spot a mistake, email us at contact@junkmechanicswiki.wiki with the page address, what is wrong and, ideally, a screenshot or video timestamp. We fix confirmed errors promptly and change the page's last-checked date when we do.
Advertising and independence
The site is free and funded by display advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads are placed in separate, labelled slots and never inside our tables or disguised as buttons. Advertisers, game developers and creators cannot pay to change what we write. Our guides openly advise against chasing random auctions, because that is the honest advice. Full details are on our Disclosure and Privacy Policy pages.
